Meet our leaders



Chief Executive Officer – AXA Global Business Services and President – AXA GO Morocco

Michele brings over 35 years of experience in improving business processes, operations and developing and implementing broad scale IT strategies. Originally from Vermont, USA, she has been located in Europe since 1991 and has wide range of international experience, including working the last 17 years with India. 

Formerly a member of the Allianz Technology & Services’ Board of Management, as Chief Executive Officer at AXA Global Business Services, Michele has a strategic vision to further transform shared services for AXA Group and build a strong shared service company based on the existing solid foundations of AXA GBS. 

Her extensive expertise of over 22 years in the insurance sector, track record in operations and technology, advocacy for diversity, and global perspective are invaluable in enhancing AXA GBS's pivotal role as a contributor to the global Strategy and AXA’s next strategic cycle.



Head – Human Resources and Communication

Isabelle has held various HR leadership roles at AXA since 2011. As the Head of HR & Communication at AXA Global Business Services, Isabelle brings over 25 years of experience in driving large and complex business and HR transformations within highly federated organizations. Her expertise is particularly valuable in situations requiring strategic vision, excellence in execution, and matrix-related leadership capabilities.

Isabelle is dedicated to transforming our Culture, our policies and processes in line with AXA Group standards and market trends, focusing on defining and enhancing our Employee Value Proposition to make AXA GBS recognized as an employer of choice and a great place to work.



Head - Corporate Functions Services

With over 19 years of extensive experience, Maha will lead the Finance Operations and Asset Management Centres of Excellence in the new structure, driving business strategy and fostering growth. Her expertise and leadership will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction of these key areas.

Maha brings a proven track record in managing operational finance and corporate teams across diverse geographies, including the Netherlands and Morocco. As part of AXA Group Operations, she currently oversees all aspects of the entity's management, legal, and administrative functions in Morocco and serves as the legal representative of the company, managing relations with the workers' council.

Before her appointment as General Manager, she led the Finance Operations for AXA Group Operations in Morocco.



Head – Insurance Operations Services

Prashanthi brings over 21 years of extensive experience, including over 11 years at AXA, specializing in operations delivery, business development, relationship management, and strategy within the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.

She holds a pivotal role in leading the Insurance Operations Services division, collaborating with Global Health Insurance entities to drive business growth. She has successfully executed strategic projects to drive compelling value propositions for Partners, customers, providers, and employees, while championing Diversity and Inclusion within AXA GBS as the I&D sponsor for the organization.



Head – Data, Analytics and AI Services

Rahul brings over 20 years of experience in Analytics, AI, Digital, RPA, IoT, Testing, and ServiceNow. He has led diverse leadership, consulting, architecture, and research roles, responsible for large turnkey programs and practices. Rahul is adept at managing global teams, with experience across 8 countries and 4 continents.

As the Head of the new Data, Analytics and AI Services (DAAS) division at AXA GBS, Rahul is responsible for strengthening and diversifying our service offerings under this vertical with strong collaboration with the Group and in line with the global strategy. He plays a key role in bridging the gap between the team of data experts and Group and Group Operations, aligning our services to better serve our Partners.

Prior to joining AXA, Rahul was the Practice Director for Analytics and AI at TRUGlobal and has worked with organizations such as Atos, TechMahindra, Allianz Technology, Teradata, and SAS.



CRO, CCO, DPO, Sanctions Officer and Anti-Bribery Officer

Suman has over 25 years of expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, cost control, and business operations. With over 16 years at AXA, she has played a key role in financial planning, profit and loss management, and payroll operations. As the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), she leads risk management operations, internal control, information security, business continuity planning, and compliance at AXA GBS, while also chairing the Internal Complaints Committee to foster a culture of inclusion and respect.

Prior to joining AXA GBS, she gained valuable experience at World Network Services in strategic planning, forecasting, and cost control.



Chief Financial Officer

With over 30 years of extensive experience, Sylvain brings a proven track record of devising robust financial plans and directing global teams to improve fiscal strength and drive finance stability for IT organizations across North America and Middle Europe regions. His expertise in international taxation and financial accounting is integral to navigating the complexities of AXA Global Business Services.

Sylvain's previous contributions were pivotal during the founding of AXA Technology Services and its Moroccan counterpart, where he significantly bolstered fiscal resilience for Group Operations.

Based on his extensive background, Sylvain is well-equipped to drive financial stability and growth within AXA Global Business Services.



Chief Customer and Transition Officer

Timothy brings over 30 years of diverse experience to his new role, specializing in operations, transformation, strategic planning, business change management, and stakeholder engagement.

As the Chief Customer and Transition Officer, Timothy plays a pivotal role in enabling our Partners with strategic shoring and sourcing strategies, enhancing support provided by AXA GBS. He will ensure seamless transitions, co-create new service ideas, and support the global strategy, becoming a trusted partner for our AXA entities.

Timothy's background includes leadership roles in global transformation programs and driving shared services strategy. Timothy is coming to AXA from one of the world leaders in shared services, WNS, where he has been leading the Insurance business for Europe, UK and IE. Before that Timothy spent 25 years at Zurich Group, responsible for building shared services and driving a broad transformation agenda.
